Officially established in 2021, Scott's Smokin' Squad is a competition BBQ team driven by a lifelong passion for the art of smoking meat. What started as a love for BBQ has grown into a true family affair. We travel across the Pacific Northwest, competing in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana, always pushing the boundaries of flavor and technique.
